Location:

18 miles northeast of St. Johns, Arizona.

Access

Sierra Highlands Ranch is easily accessed via State Route 191. All interior roads are private and maintained.

Elevation:

The Ranch is comprised of over 45,000 acres of virgin wilderness with elevations ranging between 5,800’ to 6,200’ above sea level.The air at this elevation is extremely pure and always very clear. The nighttime sky is arrayed with the spectacular Milky Way with unobscured views free of city lights and air pollution.

Water:

Ranch owners have direct access to Northern Arizona’s largest supply of groundwater, the massive Coconino Aquifer.

Soil:

This region of northeastern Arizona enjoys some of the finest sandy loam soils found anywhere in the State. Area owners grow a wide variety of fruits, vegetables and grains including apples, peaches, pears, tomatoes, corn and alfalfa.

Topography:

The topographical map illustrates the contours of each property. The contour lines are set at 20 foot intervals. The closer the spacing between the lines, the more dramatic the elevation changes become. Green shading indicates areas of evergreen woodlands. Light green shaded portions illustrate rich meadowland carpeted with native grasses and mountain wildflowers.

Terrain:

Properties within the most scenic area of Sierra Highlands Ranch are now being released. There are a wide variety of landscapes to choose from. Parcel choices include level open meadowland, gently rolling woodlands blended with lush grassy meadows & heavily wooded ridge tops set amid striking boulder formations with sweeping overlooks of the surrounding mountains and valleys.
