Bear Canyon Lake
Bear Canyon lake Is a popular 60 acre fishing and hiking spot. Catch trophy size Rainbow Trout & German Brown. This peaceful lake is located 14 miles northwest of SR 260. Electric motors only. Boat ramp.
Elevation: 7,600’
Season: Open year round as access permits.

Black Canyon Lake
Fishing and boating opportunities are popular at Black Canyon Lake. 78 acres of excellent Rainbow Trout & German Brown fishing. Located just south of SR 260 on FR 86. Electric motors only. Boat Ramp.

Season: April to November.

Blue Ridge Reservoir
This narrow, winding, canyon bound body of water looks more like a river than a lake. Great fishing and scenic boating. Rainbow, Brown or Brook Trout. Arizona Game and Fish stock all three. 8 horsepower limit, FR 751 off SR 87.

Chevelon Canyon Lake
Chevelon Canyon offers spectacular views and great opportunities for hiking and fishing. 6 miles at accessible shoreline fishing. Most popular for Rainbow Trout & German Brown fishing. FR 300 off SR 87 to FR 169, follow FR 169 for 21 miles to FR 169B.

Season: May to October

East Clear Creek
This spring led year around stream is a kids delight. Great wading and good trout fishing set In a scenic canyon. Various access points, easiest for passenger cars Is FR 95 off SR 87, a scenic 5 miles to bridge across creek.
Elevation: 7,000’
Season: Open year round as access permits.

Knoll Lake
This picturesque forest lake has it all -ponderosa pines surrounding the lake, a lush island in the center of the lake, boating and fishing, and great Rainbow, Brown and Brook Trout fishing. FR 95 off SR 87, drive 6 miles south to FR 96. Follow it 2 miles to FR 321 and drive 10 miles to FR 300. Turn east (left) 4 miles and then turn north (left again) 4 miles on FR 295E.

Season: May to September.

Long/Soldier Lakes
Three closely grouped bodies of water each producing different species of fish. Long Lake is well stocked with trout. Soldier Lake provides great bass fishing. Soldier Annex yields pan and catfish. FR 211 off SR 87 to FR 82.
Elevation: 7,300’
Season: May to September - as dry weather permits.

Woods Canyon Lake
55 acres of great fishing and boating opportunities. 8 horsepower motors or less allowed. Boat ramp. Well stocked with Rainbow Trout & German Brown. Located only 5 miles north of SR 260.
Elevation: 7,500’
Season: April to November.

Wildlife Big Game:
Elk, Deer, Antelope, Turkey, Javelina.

Small Game:
Squirrel, Rabbit, Dove.

Game Fish:
Trout (3 varieties), Pike (2 varieties), Bass (2 varieties), Catfish, Bullhead (2 varieties), Sunfish, Bluegill.

Predators and Furbearers: Bobcat, Fox, Badger, Raccoon, Skunk, Ringtail Cat, Beaver, Muskrat.

Rare and Endangered:
Southern Bald Eagle, American Peregrine Falcon, Owl (3 varieties)

Pine Meadows Country Club: SR 260 to milepost 308 in Overgaard.
Snowflake Country Club: In the town of Snowflake Arizona.
Silver Creek Country Club: 5 miles east of Show Low on US 60, then 7.5 miles north on Bourden Ranch Road.
Show Low Country Club: 2 miles west of town on SR 260 to Linden Road.
